The Desert Tech SRS carbine was developed primarily for the needs of the U.S. Army and was first presented at the PSR competition held by the United States Special Operations Command. This bolt-action rifle is built in a bullpup configuration, which shifts the center of gravity rearward and places the balance point almost in the middle of the weapon. This design provides maximum control and allows for accurate aimed fire even from a standing position.

It is also important to note that, unlike many other bullpup carbines, the DT SRS features a smooth and consistent trigger pull. From the factory, the trigger pull weight is set at 1.4 kg, but when purchasing this rifle from a used firearms store, it can be easily adjusted to suit the shooter, down to as low as 0.4 kg. The rifle’s polymer stock is equipped with an adjustable buttpad.

This used rifled carbine is offered in .338 Lapua Magnum caliber; however, its modular design allows the barrel and bolt to be replaced with components of other calibers.
