Terms of purchase of weapons and ammunition

According to the "Instruction on the procedure for manufacture, acquisition, storage, accounting, transportation and use of firearms, pneumatic and cold weapons, domestically produced devices for firing cartridges loaded with rubber or similar non-lethal projectiles, and the specified cartridges, as well as ammunition for weapons and explosive materials", approved by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 21.08.1998 No. 622, permits are issued by the Department of Public Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The acquisition in Ukraine of firearms, cold weapons, ammunition, devices and the specified cartridges is carried out on the basis of special permits:
weapons - a permit to acquire the corresponding type of weapon;
ammunition - a permit to store and carry the corresponding weapon.

Thus, cold, hunting and traumatic weapons, as well as ammunition for them, are SOLD ONLY at the "Arm Elit" store.
