Warranty obligations

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the hunting boutique "Arm Elit" provides a warranty for the entire range of products, except for COMMISSION GOODS, in the manner prescribed by law.

Warranty obligations do not apply in the following cases:

there are mechanical or other damages resulting from intentional or careless actions of the buyer or third parties;
the rules of use stated in the operating documents have been violated;
unauthorized opening, repair, or modification of internal communications and components of the product has been carried out, or the design or circuits of the product have been altered;
damage caused by using the product for purposes other than intended or in violation of operating rules;
1. RETURN OF GOODS

The return of the received goods can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase in a retail store or receipt from a delivery service.

To return a product within the 14-day period, the following conditions must be met:

the product appearance and its consumer properties are preserved;
there are no signs of use, wear, washing, etc.;
all accessories, components, and documentation supplied with the product are preserved;
packaging, seals, and labels are not damaged;
a document confirming the purchase must be present (included in the parcel with the product);
1.1. Return of goods ordered by mail:

exchange or return of goods is carried out by sending a parcel through the transport service to the sender details of the original shipment;
the return parcel must be sent without cash on delivery;
the buyer independently pays for the return shipping cost, which is determined by the transport service;
1.2. Return of goods purchased through a retail store:

exchange or return of goods is carried out directly in the retail store during business hours by prior arrangement with the management of the "Arm Elit" store;
Goods that cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection":

underwear - thermal underwear, t-shirts;
lingerie;
socks;
2. REFUND PERIODS

The refund period is established in accordance with the Rules for the sale of goods by order and outside office or retail premises (Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine dated April 19, 2007 No. 103) and is up to 30 calendar days.

3. METHODS OF REFUND

OPTION 1: If the goods were purchased by prepayment (transfer of funds to the company's account), the refund is made in the same way to the payer's account details.

OPTION 2: If payment for the goods was made by cash on delivery (payment upon receipt), the refund is discussed directly with the buyer.

To transfer the funds, you need to provide the following details:

Bank name
Full name of the recipient
Recipient’s card account number
Payment purpose (must include the order number and full name)
