Knife with a non-fixed blade Rockstead CHI-ZDP

The Rockstead® CHI-ZDP is a premium folding knife handcrafted by Japanese artisans in Osaka. The blade is made from high performance ZDP-189 steel, renowned for its exceptional hardness and wear resistance. This knife combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern technology.

The 82 mm blade delivers outstanding cutting performance and features a Spear Point profile with a prominent swedge along the spine. Dual thumb studs allow easy opening from either side, while the proprietary Liner Lock secures the blade by locking against the tang with a metal liner.

The ergonomic handle consists of two anodized A6063S aluminum scales. A deep carry metal pocket clip is mounted on the side, along with a lanyard hole for additional carry options.

The combination of an aluminum handle and compact dimensions (189 mm overall length) reduces the knife’s weight to approximately 100 g, about 20% lighter than comparable models from other manufacturers.
