Knife with a non-fixed blade Rockstead REN-ZDP

The Ren-ZDP is a premium folding knife handcrafted at the Rockstead® manufacturing facility in Osaka, Japan. Like other knives from the brand, the REN-ZDP ranks among world leaders in blade sharpness and hardness, reaching up to 67 HRC, several points higher than traditional Japanese katana blades.

These exceptional properties are achieved through the use of ZDP-189 tool steel, heat treated at approximately 1100°C and hand finished by the company’s master craftsmen. The blade geometry is inspired by the contours of the traditional samurai wakizashi sword, delivering efficient cutting performance and excellent penetration capability.

A Frame Lock mechanism secures the blade and allows smooth one handed operation. The titanium handle features an ergonomic shape that follows the natural contours of the hand. For convenient carry, the knife includes a metal pocket clip and a lanyard hole.

The knife is supplied in a branded wooden presentation box and includes a certificate of authenticity with a serial number. Its striking appearance and compact dimensions (212 mm overall length and approximately 124 g weight) make it an excellent choice for everyday carry and for enhancing a premium knife collection.
