The MKM Lov knife is a practical folding knife for everyday carry, designed by Jesper Voxnaes and manufactured in Italy by MKM Knives. The model is positioned as an affordable and reliable tool for a wide range of users. The Drop Point blade is made from Böhler N690Co steel, hardened to 60 HRC, offering a solid balance between edge retention and ease of resharpening. The blade surface is protected by a durable black Top Shield powder coating. Blade length is 76 mm with a spine thickness of 4 mm, featuring a flat grind with a secondary V-edge. One-handed opening is achieved via a symmetrical thumb hole. Blade lockup in the open position is handled by a reliable Back Lock mechanism. Smooth blade action is provided by washers integrated into the handle. The handle is made of lightweight, impact-resistant textured black FRN, ensuring a secure grip. The handle shape is symmetrical. A lanyard hole is provided for a safety cord or lanyard, along with a reversible pocket clip for tip-up carry. A subtle visual accent is created by a blue ring around the pivot screw. The overall length of the knife when open is 183 mm, closed length is 106 mm, and the weight is approximately 80 g. The knife is presumably supplied with a Cordura sheath. Its affordable price and practical design make the MKM Lov a solid choice for everyday tasks.
