For this purpose, the American company Barnett has developed a compact and practical crossbow string cocking device.
The cocking device for Vengeance and Ghost 385 crossbows reduces the effort required to bring the weapon into firing position by more than 5 times. Structurally, it is simple to use: install the device on the front part of the crossbow, brace it with your foot against a solid surface and pull both handles toward yourself to cock the string into the shooting position.
The impact-resistant plastic and paracord cables used in its construction provide long-lasting and convenient use while keeping the device relatively compact.
