But for civilian hunting weapons (both smoothbore and rifled) the concept of “carrying” is strictly limited - it means transportation in an unloaded condition and in a case directly to the place of hunting or a shooting range. Concealed carrying of a loaded short-barreled weapon is allowed only for owners of award weapons or “traumatic” weapons (available only to certain categories of citizens).
