Sports pistol Glock 19x, caliber 9x19 Coyote

The Austrian Glock 19x pistol is a kind of crossover that combines the best features of two highly popular models — the Glock 17 and Glock 19. It inherits the frame and grip from the standard, almost classic Glock 17, and the shortened slide from the compact Glock 19. A unique feature is its Coyote-colored coating, which makes this sand-tone pistol stand out from the otherwise black model lineup. Originally designed for the needs of the U.S. Army, the weapon — according to the company’s representative — merges maximum efficiency with everyday practicality. Although the tactical Glock pistol did not win the Modular Handgun System competition for a military contract (mainly due to financial reasons),it gained wide recognition in the civilian market, with more and more people looking to buy the Coyote Glock. The Glock 19x does not officially belong to any generation, but it incorporates all the advancements of Gen 5 pistols. These include the GLOCK Marksman Barrel with polygonal rifling of an improved profile, treated with nDLC coating for corrosion resistance, as well as a slide coated with nPVD, making the mechanism much more resistant to extreme environmental conditions. Additionally, the grip shape has been slightly modified, now offering a more universal design that ensures a secure hold regardless of the shooter’s hand size.
