  • Dewey metal cleaning rods are made using quality materials and a durable nylon coating that protects the bore from scratches during cleaning. The .22 caliber rod is 24 inches (60 cm) long and is suitable for maintaining rifles used for sport shooting and hunting. For ease of use, it features a removable plastic handle and a universal 8/32" male thread for attaching brushes and jags. The kit also includes a Dewey SMBA brass adapter and a Dewey 22J jag for patches. The versatility and interchangeability of the cleaning accessories allows you to buy a rod for a small caliber rifle and, if necessary, use it with larger caliber rifles simply by replacing the brush with a larger equivalent one.
