A custom knife by the German company Boker. Over more than 150 years of history, the German brand has set an exceptionally high standard of quality, achieved through hand assembly and the use of high-tech materials in line with the latest advances in knifemaking. The presented model was designed by US Army Colonel and close-combat instructor Rex Applegate and fully meets the highest quality standards. The 95 mm blade is made of VG-10 steel, heat-treated at 1100 °C, with a hardness of 62 on the Rockwell scale. The spear-shaped blade profile, Spear point, provides excellent cutting performance across a wide range of use scenarios. A removable thumb disk at the base of the blade spine allows for one-handed opening, while a robust liner lock securely holds the blade in the open position. The unique appearance is further enhanced by red crocodile leather handle scales. Comfort in carry and handling is provided by a metal pocket clip machined from aircraft-grade aluminum.
