The Streamlight Night Com UV flashlight combines standard white lighting and ultraviolet illumination in a compact and durable body. It features two brightness modes — 115 and 50 lumens — with effective beam distances of up to 130 and 80 meters respectively. Three UV LEDs with a 365 nm wavelength and three with 390 nm allow the flashlight to be used for forensics, document verification, leak detection, and other tasks requiring UV inspection. In UV mode, the flashlight can run up to 10 hours, and over 13 hours in low-brightness mode. The anodized aluminum housing is IPX4-rated for moisture resistance and can withstand drops from up to one meter. The textured reflector provides smooth flood lighting, and modes are switched using a tailcap button.
